I got a sudden headache today! It is not something serious but it bugs me, am I getting sick? I feel awkward ._. !

Anyhoww, I was searching disgaea/phantom brave pictures and I came across the black&white novel drawings. I thought it would be nice if they were painted!
So I decided to colour them myself to make awful icons =^^= .



I know, some of the icons just came out weird. I'm doing more, because I just need to increance my painting skills (;_;).

Thank goodness the bad cellphone camera cutted off its ugliness by half! I still didn't finish. I'm having a bad time painting the ballerina ( ;___; )...(By the way, this is based off the cover of the manga Swan; a shoujo manga about ballet).

Today I'm bored and a bit sad. I just feel like doing nothing except drawing and reading. I used to be perfectionist about my art, now I just don't care: I just draw draw draw and paint, if it is ugly, let it be.
I stopped to care.
Is it because I'm anxious?
School is starting next month and the pressure to get good grades is starting to hit me.
Am I going to be sucessful? I don't even know what kind of job I want @__@ .

Yes, I found a new technique to make icons extra crisper and clearer.
Photoshop, after putting the icon smaller I select Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen ò.ó !

Oh, and I'm totally going for this http://www.mangabullet.com/clubs.php?id=1047 . I'm trying to draw a cute character, wish me luck *_* !

I seriously should start to get another photoshop techniche because this one sucks and looks awful. Before I finish this one up, I'm going to look up for tutorials :S .

Finally, I found an awesome program that lets me play SNES games on NintendoDS ^^ .

It's needed a flashcard like R4 in order to work and have it on NintendoDS .
Sadly, not all roms work (like Princess Maker: LAW ), but Earthbound does wich is fantastic :) !

Wow, today on "Tardes da Júlia" (one of the most popular portuguese TV talkshows, very similar to Oprah), Júlia interviwed an otaku. The show's topic today was something like "dedicated hobbyists". I was surpised because there are few anime fans here in my country. Today was a great show nevertheless!

Lately, I've been playing so many non-translated japanese games and stuff despite the fact I don't understand a thing it's said @__@'' .
One of them is Kumatanchi (NDS): all I do it's to stare at Kuma (and feed her) all day long. I actually don't know what's the objective of the game because of the language barrier orz .
I have Sacred Blaze too (PS2), luckly for me, the menu is in English, so fortunately I can understand what I'm doing in the game!!

Beautiful graphics and/or characters desings just drive me insane, I just can't resist and imediatly think "MUST HAVE IT NOWZ!!!11" .

I should learn Japanese.
I know trying to learn a language just because videogames and internet might be stupid... but... but... (@A@);;

For the first time, I'm going to RP a character in a Live Journal comm! Yep, I always wanted to do this, now I've the chance.

However, writing good is so complicated! PEOPLE WHO WRITE GOOD, TELL ME YOUR SECRETS!!
Everyone writes such beautiful descriptions about their characters (;-;)... Guess I need more practise, hun?

By the way, I'm going to RP Princess Maker 5 musume at Salkia Island (seriously, Ninelives should get a default name for her already). I like PM5's princess, furthermore she has a malleable and friendly personality. She's makes a good choice for a beginner RPer like me.

If you in any case haven't heard of Princess Maker and if you like raising-sim videogames then this game is a MUST for you! Unfortunately, the only version in english is PM2... *sigh*
